    Gall soap works excellent to clean your shoes or leather products and remove dirt and old cream, it cleanses gently yet effectively. A universal product that's completely natural and environmentally friendly, made from ecologically farmed ingredients produced in an international Fair Trade project. The acting substance is oxgall (bi-product from meat production), which is natures own way of dissolving grease. That's why it's so efficient. Make sure to always test the product on a hidden area first.

    When ordering engraved products, there is an additional delivery time of 5-8 working days. In the case of a special order (customized shoes where you choose the leather, sole, etc.) of shoes, so-called MTO (made to order) / GMTO (group made to order), the estimated delivery time is about 6-8 weeks.

    Returns & exchanges

    You may return or exchange whole or part of your order if you notify us within 14 days after you received your products. Return costs are covered by you and shipping of exchange products are covered by us.
    Return and exchange rights do not apply to products with engraving, made to order products and group made to order products.

    How to use
    Use a sponge (not the rugged side) and wash under running water with the gall soap, make sure that a proper lather is developed and rub gently but thoroughly. Rinse the shoe/leather product afterwards and make sure that the whole of it gets soaked (otherwise water marks can develop). Let it dry during night, for shoes have them laying on the side with newspaper stuffed in them, once more dry insert shoe trees in cedar wood.  Once the shoes/leather products are completely dry it's very important to nourish and protect them again. For shoes, first apply a couple of thin layers of Saphir Medaille d'Or Crème Pommadier shoe cream, and preferably also some Saphir Pate de Luxe wax polish. For leather products use Saphir Medaille d'Or Leather Lotion. If it's suede or nubuck shoes/products, spray with Saphir Suede Renovateur.
