Icebug's very popular footbeds relieves and strengthen your feet. Icebug Insoles Fat is an excellent choice for those who need support and proper cushioning. The soles have a unique structure, which is based on a world patent from Ortolab, Scandinavia's leading manufacturer of orthopedic footbeds. They provide support and balance for both the longitudinal and transverse arches, and also improve the natural cushioning of the foot, by gathering and strengthening the fat pad under the heel.

Here in the Medium version with an average build-up at the arch, for those with a normal foot. Most, about 80%, have the Medium sole. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one, it's easy to cut it with a pair of scissors. Normally you take out the insole that is in the shoe, but it can also be used on top of the existing one to fill up further.

The build-up with, among other things, a pelotte means that it's common for muscles in the foot that are not used to work will start to be strained, which can create discomfort in the beginning. It's therefore recommended to get used to using Icebug Insoles with short periods first and then longer and longer.
