A complete kit that contains everything you need to repair damage to your Bally or other brand curling boots. After some time of use, it's common for the galoshes of curling boots to get damaged, there may be gaps between the outsole and the galoshing, and similar. With this repair kit, you can fix most minor problems on your own.

The kit contains:
- Atomlim, a super glue for rubber and leather, which has the special property of being pliable and flexible, but still has strong adhesive power.
- Quicksohl, a type of rubber putty specially designed for repairing shoes.
- Saphir Tenax, a spray leather paint that adheres well to rubber and PVC, and also works on most types of leather, except suede and nubuck.

Read further instructions below, and even more info on repairing and caring for Bally curling boots can be found in this guide. For larger or more complicated repairs, we recommend that you go to a cobbler.

How to use
Start by gluing together any damage with the Atomlim. Do this in a well-ventilated area. Apply the glue thinl and press the surfaces together for at least 30 seconds. Immediately wipe off any unwanted glue, for example if it has been squeezed out and got on top of the surface you are gluing together. As always with superglue, be very careful not to get it in places you don't want the glue on, and keep away from your eyes. Feel free to wear thin protective gloves while working.

Then fill in any voids or damage that has occurred in the rubber galosching, with Quicksohl rubber paste. Carefully sand the surface to be filled, so that the patching compound can adhere properly, and make sure it is dry and clean. Apply the putty in a thin layer, maximum 3-4 mm thick, and shape into an even form. Leave to air dry for at least 24 hours. It will shrink slightly as it dries. If you need to fill in more, repeat the procedure with more layers of Quicksohl. When finished it can be cut and/or sanded to get completely smooth if needed.

Finally, spray the galoshes with Saphir Tenax. Note that the paint adheres very strongly. Cover your hands with gloves and wear unsensitive clothing, make sure you have, for example, newspaper as a base, and make sure to protect surfaces on the shoes which you don't want colour on with, for example, masking tape.

If you want to freshen up the suede, we recommend Saphir Medaille d'Or Renovateur spray, which is available in various colours. It also waterproofs.
