Do you have wax polish that has cracked in the jar which makes it difficult to work with? No problem, the brand new product Saphir Medaille d'Or Wax Softener is designed to dissolve and get the wax to settle again, to be easier to work with. Can also be used to change the texture of the wax, to suit the way you shine shoes.

Spray the product directly into the can of Saphir Medaille d'Or Pate de Lux or Mirror Gloss wax polish. Can also be sprayed onto the polishing cloth, for customized effect when polishing. Works for cleaning application brushes as well. Made from 100% vegetable ingredients.

When ordering engraved products, there is an additional delivery time of 5-8 working days. In the case of a special order (customized shoes where you choose the leather, sole, etc.) of shoes, so-called MTO (made to order) / GMTO (group made to order), the estimated delivery time is about 6-8 weeks.

Returns & exchanges

You may return or exchange whole or part of your order if you notify us within 14 days after you received your products. Return costs are covered by you and shipping of exchange products are covered by us.
Return and exchange rights do not apply to products with engraving, made to order products and group made to order products.
