With this return waybill you can hand in your return at the nearest Postnord agent for transport to us. Don't forget to enclose our return document so we can identify your order and see what you might want to exchange it for. 

You will receive an e-mail with a QR code which you use to have the label printed at the postal agent, easy and convenient.

Switzerland: 1-4 business days. Free shipping from €200.
Norway: 1-4 business days. Free shipping from 900kr.
USA: 2-5 business days. Free shipping from $300. No extra customs charges for orders under $800. VAT is deducted.
Rest of the World: 2-7 business days. VAT is deducted on orders outside the EU. Shipping cost varies by destination.

When ordering engraved products, there is an additional delivery time of 5-8 working days. In the case of a special order (customized shoes where you choose the leather, sole, etc.) of shoes, so-called MTO (made to order) / GMTO (group made to order), the estimated delivery time is about 6-8 weeks.

Returns & exchanges

You may return or exchange whole or part of your order if you notify us within 14 days after you received your products. Return costs are covered by you and shipping of exchange products are covered by us.
Return and exchange rights do not apply to products with engraving, made to order products and group made to order products.
