A very effective stain remover which removes all types of stains: grease, soot, polish, tar, paint, chewing gum, glue etc. on smooth and velvety leather, fabric, stone, glass and car bodies, without leaving a residual ring. Purpose is not to clean an entire product with it, but only get rid of specific stains. For example it's very efficient to eliminate price tag glue residue. 

Moisten a clean cloth with the Saphir Hussard and dab the stain, beginning by the rim. If necessary, repeat this step using a new clean spot on the cloth. Make sure to always test the product on a hidden area first.

When ordering engraved products, there is an additional delivery time of 5-8 working days. In the case of a special order (customized shoes where you choose the leather, sole, etc.) of shoes, so-called MTO (made to order) / GMTO (group made to order), the estimated delivery time is about 6-8 weeks.

Returns & exchanges

You may return or exchange whole or part of your order if you notify us within 14 days after you received your products. Return costs are covered by you and shipping of exchange products are covered by us.
Return and exchange rights do not apply to products with engraving, made to order products and group made to order products.
