Taking care of your shoes is something many enjoy doing, and with this exclusive valet it becomes an even nicer thing to bring out your shoe care stuff to give som TLC to your shoes. And for the person who doesn't treat their shoes as they should, the valet box might make this a more rewarding procedure. The fact that it's made in well-scenting cedar wood makes it even more of a pleasure to bring out the box.
The dimensions of the valet is 28x20x15cm.
A wax polish that is very easy to use and gives further protection and not least shine. Saphir Medaille d'Or Pate De Luxe consists of only natural ingredients, several types of waxes and is the product to choose if you want to achieve a really high shine or to build patina on your shoes. Preferably together with Saphir Medaille d'Or Créme Pommadier shoe cream (which you apply first). The polish can also be used alone. For an extra quick shine, try Saphir Medaille d'Or Mirror Gloss.
Read more about how to use the product below. For guidance on which colour to choose for your shoes, here is a substantial guide.
Contains 50 ml. Make sure to always test the product on a hidden area first.
How to use
Saphir Medaille d'Or Pate De Luxe is a wax polish that gives good protection and can be used to build up an amazing shine. Use a polishing cloth and apply with light, quick circular movements a thin layer of wax over the shoe, don't use too much, and every now and then you dip the cloth in water put small drips of water directly on the shoe, to reduce friction. Can also be used on the sole- and heel edge to achieve a shine on these.
You may put maximum two layers of wax over the entire shoe, don't do more on the parts that move since the wax surface may crack. Let the shoe rest 5-10 minutes and then brush with a shoe brush with horsehair bristles.
On the hard heel stiffener and especially on the toe you can build up a proper high shine with more thin layers of Pate de Lux. A so-called spit-shine or bullet shine. Continute with small drips of water and thin layers of wax, pause regularly and let the wax dry, and brush up the finish again, now ideally with a shoe brush with goat hair that doesn't scratch the shiny finish.
