For those of you who are going to give away one of our products, we offer various alternatives of gift wrapping. The gift packages are sent complete with a gold bow or a red bow just like in the pictures.
Choose from the following options:
Golden gift wrapping bag with red bow in size 30x50 cm
Suitable for smaller products such as a pair of shoe trees, shoe polish and shoe brush or other slightly smaller products.
Red gift wrapping bag with golden bow in size 40x60 cm
Suitable for example two pairs of shoe trees and some accessories, or for a shoe box and things of similar size.
Red gift wrapping bag with golden bow in size 50x75 cm
Large and spacious gift bag that fits nicely if you bought larger items such as packages with hangers where you can fit with both several hangers and shoe blocks.
Black cardboard with golden bow in size 30x9x42 cm
This box/bag gives a luxurious feeling, self-closing with a strip of tape that is pulled away. Suitable for example for shoe trees with shoe cream, shoe brush or similar.

Rest of the World: 2-7 business days. VAT is deducted on orders outside the EU. Shipping cost varies by destination.

When ordering engraved products, there is an additional delivery time of 5-8 working days. In the case of a special order (customized shoes where you choose the leather, sole, etc.) of shoes, so-called MTO (made to order) / GMTO (group made to order), the estimated delivery time is about 6-8 weeks.
Returns & exchanges
You may return or exchange whole or part of your order if you notify us within 14 days after you received your products. Return costs are covered by you and shipping of exchange products are covered by us.
Return and exchange rights do not apply to products with engraving, made to order products and group made to order products.
