We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your products. You can choose to either exchange the item for another or receive a refund. Below is a simple guide on how to register your return. 

Step 1: In our return form, you can quickly and easily register the items you want to return or exchange.

Once you have finished the form you will receive an e-mail, we recommend that you print this and include it with your return. If you don’t have a printer you may write the information on a note and add this in your return. Without detailed information about what you wish for with your return, it will take longer time to administrate it.

Step 2: Pack your products
Pack the products you wish to return carefully in a cardboard box, or if it's small items, in a padded envelope. Place the printed return information in the package and seal it.    

Step 3: Send the package back to us
Ship the package to the address found in the confirmation e-mail that you will receive after you have registered your refund (this sometimes end up in the spam folder, check there if it’s not received after half an hour or so). We strongly advice to use our prepaid return labels that you can buy at self cost in the accessories section, which covers customs and is delivered directly to our warehouse, and not to a service point.

The return shipping cost is paid by you as a customer, for new exchanged products we may cover shipping cost, depending on order value in accordance to original shipping fees.

Step 4: Handling of returns
We will process your return as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. If you requested an exchange, we will send the new items once we've received the returned products. If you requested a refund, it will be issued after we have received and processed your return. IMPORTANT: If you don’t include the detailed return information with order number and info on whether you want a refund or exchange, and in this case to what products, the return will take longer time to administrate.
