When ordering engraved products, there is an additional delivery time of 5-8 working days. In the case of a special order (customized shoes where you choose the leather, sole, etc.) of shoes, so-called MTO (made to order) / GMTO (group made to order), the estimated delivery time is about 6-8 weeks.
Returns & exchanges
You may return or exchange whole or part of your order if you notify us within 14 days after you received your products. Return costs are covered by you and shipping of exchange products are covered by us.

Thought this would be enough
Nice pack which includes everything but at a lower price. For some reason, I thought the ceder in the hanger would be bigger/wider. Thought this pack would be enough but it’s not so will definitely buy more if there is no price increase.
