Sweden, Denmark, Finland with PostNord - 1-3 business days delivery
Free shipping from 499 SEK in Sweden (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of 59 SEK), free shipping from €80 to Denmark and Finland (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of €9).
Norway
We deliver with customs and VAT paid, free shipping on orders above 900 NOK, below this 99 NOK shipping cost.
EU with FedEx - 1-4 business days delivery
Free shipping from €120 in all countries (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of €13).
Switzerland with DHL Express - 1-4 business days delivery
Free shipping from €100 (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of €13). Norwegian customers may also visit our Norwegian shop Shoecare.no where large parts of our offerings are available.
USA with FedEx - 1-3 business days delivery
Free shipping from $300 (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of $35). We deduct VAT on all orders outside the EU. There will be no extra custom charges etc. if the order is below $800.
Rest of the world with FedEx and DHL Express - 2-5 days delivery
We ship worldwide and deduct VAT on all orders outside the EU. Shipping cost depends on country of destination.

To see price listed excluding VAT, go to checkout and make sure your country is selected as destination country. You don't need to enter adress etc, country is enough to see the current shipping rate and have VAT deducted. Usually the correct country is already pre-selected based on your IP-adress.
If an order has been processed correctly you will always have an order confirmation sent to the e-mail registered on the order. Check the spam folder of your e-mail client, sometimes the e-mail ends up there. Also, there is a possibility that you have written the e-mail wrong, if you suspect this is the case please contact us at ktj@skolyx.se and we'll help you out.
You can change/return items until the 7th of January 2024. Please note that personalised engraved products can't be returned or exchanged.
Delivery times are shown on our terms and conditions page, add 2-3 days to the one correct for you destination, to be sure that they will arrive in time for Christmas (if the shipping company keep their timelines). NOTE: For personalised engravings, add another 5 days to be certain they will arrive in time.
Restock fee of €10 ($10 excl. VAT) for each returned pair of shoes included in the Black Friday category (excluding Swedish customers). Will be deducted from the refund. No cost if exchanged for different size. Return or exchange need to be made within 14 days from delivery for products in that category (so not prolonged over Christmas).
You may return or exchange whole or part of your order within 14 days after you have received your products. If you want to exchange or return a product, visit this page and register your return.
We are also offering return labels at self cost in our accessories / return label section. We strongly advice to use this when returning/exchanging from outside EU since that service includes all custom charges when returning. If you choose your own way of returning you are responsible for that the package arrives to us without any VAT,duty or administration fees from the freight company. If that is the case we will need to charge it (for returns) or deduct from your refund amount.
Return shipping costs is covered by you, shipping of potential exchange products is covered by us.
For international customers we offer safe and secure payments by PayPal or through Stripa with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and several other local payment options.. Your credit card information is never visible for us and the transaction is encrypted to ensure the highest possible security for you as our customer.
In Sweden we offer safe payments through Klarna and Swish.

Absolutely, you just write in the name and address to the person you want to receive it, but your own info on payment info.
We offer several different payment options, if one of the payment options doesn't work, it can be because of different local security measures by your bank. If for example PayPal does not work, then try to pay by Card through Stripe or some of the other local payment options.

If you receive a product that is damaged or wrong, we of course will cover the return cost and ship a new/correct item back to you. Contact us at ktj@skolyx.se and we will help you straight away.
We trade in the Swedish Krona, SEK as default currency. We also trade in Euro (€), US Dollars ($), Danish Krona (DKK) and Norwegian Krona (NOK). Choose your preferred currency on the top right of the page. These prices may differ from time to time depending on the current exchange rates towards the SEK.
Please note that no currency conversion takes place from the currency you choose, if you choose USD for example, you get billed in USD. No currency conversion is done from our side from the currency selected.
We always fully disclose the actual order value, and do not write down any value to avoid customs etc. This is due to many reasons, for example in the event of problems, say a package being lost, a lot of problems can occur if you haven't registered the correct order value. And at Skolyx we always follow regulations and take no shortcuts, be it the quality of the products, the working environment at our suppliers, registering things correctly, and so on.
Potential local charges of VAT, duty, tax, administrational fees etc. can be added depending on the rules in your country. This is something that we don’t take responsibility for, if you are unsure, feel free to e-mail us at ktj@skolyx.se and we can inform about our prior experience from previous orders from your country.
Some products we sell, such as gas-fuelled bottles, cannot be sent by air freight as they contain flammable substances. Therefore, we have blocked purchases of these in countries where we are unable to ship these goods.
Once you have registered your return/exchange in our return management system, you will find the return address there, you will also receive an email with the return address. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder.
Our products
Sometimes cedar crystals are formed on our products in cedar wood, and in some cases the cardboard boxes get stains because of the crystals (if they are in bags it instead can be a bit sticky). This should not be mistaken for mold, it's a sign of the wood being healthy and breathing. The cedar crystals can be brushed away from the wood, and won't return when it's not stored in the box/bag anymore.

Our standard cedar wood shoe trees are, as described in the product info, relatively large in size, it’s common to go down 0,5-1 size compared to the size you wear in your Goodyear welted shoes (welted shoes are large in size, usually one size down compared to for example sneakers or running shoes), more info in this guide. For women’s shoes we recommend that you go down two sizes compared to your shoe size, in this guide there's more info on shoe trees for women's shoes. You can also adjust the width with a screw, more info below. The springy outer part of the shoe trees front can easily be adjusted in width, with the screw on the side. Below a film showing how it’s done. It's important to contract the front part before turning the screw.
Goodyear welted shoes are large in size in comparison to for example sneakers or running shoes, and most go down one full size in welted shoes. Here we have a substantial guide that helps you find the correct size in our shoes.

We also have our own showroom in Mölnlycke outside Gothenburg (more info here), and in Gothenburg you can see and try on a selection of our shoes at Rob & Co at Södra Larmgatan 2.
We offer factory refurbishment for all shoes from TLB Mallorca. The price is €150 (incl. VAT) + shipping. The shoes will be resoled, reheeled and restored to an excellent condition. Contact us at ktj@skolyx.se for more information and to order.
All our welted shoes can be resoled at a good cobbler. This also goes for our sneakers, if the cobbler has the right equipment.
