Saphir has a very wide range of shoe care products, and sometimes it can be hard to know which product and/or colour to use for a specific pair of shoes. Fear no more, here is the perfect solution.

The color chart contains all Saphir colors with its colour codes, and each colour is displayed with a hole so that you easily can place it over the leather to find the best possible matching color. As close as you can get without having the actual product in front of you.

When you are looking at developing the colour of a pair of shoes towards a certain direction, for example darker, more red, etc, over time, it's also handy to have this chart to see which colours are available that are closest to your desired end result.

When ordering engraved products, there is an additional delivery time of 5-8 working days. In the case of a special order (customized shoes where you choose the leather, sole, etc.) of shoes, so-called MTO (made to order) / GMTO (group made to order), the estimated delivery time is about 6-8 weeks.

Returns & exchanges

You may return or exchange whole or part of your order if you notify us within 14 days after you received your products. Return costs are covered by you and shipping of exchange products are covered by us.
Return and exchange rights do not apply to products with engraving, made to order products and group made to order products.

Saphir is one of the oldest still existing manufacturers of shoe care products in the world. In 1925 they won a gold medal at the famous retail event Foire de Paris for its high quality all natural shoe care products, and when they started producing these they were named Medaille d'Or 1925. Also today the base products are made to the same recipes. Apart from these Medaille d'Or series has a bunch of other products, and it has become the number one choice for shoe lovers all around the world. In close collaboration with shoemakers and professional shoe shiners they continuously develop the range.
