Prepaid return label outside EU

NOTE: Please use the code "returnlabel" at checkout to avoid being charged shipping costs on your purchase.

Pre-paid return label if you need to return / exchange something from outside EU. We will connect the return to the original shipment to make sure that the VAT/duty/tax gets handled correctly by DHL here in Sweden when package is received back. If you use national post or similar additional costs may occur, this service avoids all extra costs. We will contact you for return instructions within 24 working hours after the order of the return label.

If you live in a remote area (defined by DHL) we reserve the right to contact you and let you know if any additional costs might occure from DHL, you can always choose to cancel the return label if thats the case. The label is valid for return for 1 pair of shoes or 3kg parcel (volume or weight based). If you return shoes make sure to ship them back with an other box without empty space. In case you order 2 or more pairs and return 1 pair for example, make sure to cut down the outer box to not ship empty space. If a box for 2 pairs is used to return 1 pair we will deduct one additional label cost from the return refund
