Delivery times are shown on our terms and conditions page, add 2-3 days to the one correct for you destination, to be sure that they will arrive in time for Christmas (if the shipping company keep their timelines). NOTE: For personalised engravings, add another 5 days to be certain they will arrive in time.

Free shipping from $300 (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of $35). We deduct VAT on all orders outside the EU. There will be no extra custom charges etc. if the order is below $800 for orders to USA.

For orders to Canada local charges like sales tax will be added along with a small admin fee from DHL. (this does not apply to customers in the USA).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES TO OTHER COUNTRIES OUTSIDE EU, 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS DELIVERY TIME
Shipping cost depends on where you are located. By choosing your country in the drop down list you will see the current freight cost in the checkout page. If your country isn’t listed in the drop down field in the checkout, just send us an e-mail at ktj@skolyx.se, and we will add it.

We ship worldwide using FedEx and DHL Express and deduct VAT on all purchases from countries outside EU. To get the prices on our website listed without VAT, add any product to your cart and go to the checkout. In the country drop down field choose your country and the VAT will be deducted from the prices. After this you can also browse through are shop and all prices will be listed without VAT.

When you order products from us the responsibility that the products are allowed to be imported to your country is yours. This is if your country has some special limitations when it comes to leather shoes etc. If we encounter shipping costs on our side larger than average (for example for remote areas etc) we reserve the right to contact you and let you know if we need any additional shipment cost to ship the parcel. Of course you are free to cancel the order if you don't agree to the updated shipping cost.

Potential local charges of VAT, duty, tax, administrational fees etc can be added depending on the rules in your country. This is something that we don’t take any responsibility for, if you are unsure, feel free to e-mail us and we can inform about our prior experience from previous orders from your country. If you deny a parcel after its been shipped from us for any reason for example if you feel the vat/duty cost is to high, changed your mind etc, we will deduct the following costs for the parcel when its get back to us: Shipment cost from us to you, Cost for denied parcel €30, Shipment cost back to us and handling charge when it gets back of 25€. The shipment cost will be the real cost payed by us to the shipping company, not the shipment cost we charge for a regular order to you as customer (since this is much lower compared to what we actually pay).

Our delivery times is based on the information and lead times from the freight companies, delays in the freight companies shipping process is nothing we can guarantee can't happen, and delays in delivery is not a reason to be able to reject the parcel or send it back for free.


SHIPPING BY NATIONAL POST
Shipping by Swedish National Post (PostNord) instead of DHL Express is possible, the extra charge is $23 if you want it to be shipped this way. Purchase this "product" found here together with your order to have it shipped by national post instead. The extra cost is due to more administrative work and higher freight cost for these orders.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
For international orders we offer safe and secure payments by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Your credit card information is never visible for us and the transaction is encrypted to ensure the highest possible security for you as our customer.

In Sweden we offer safe payments through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna and Swish. 

RETURNS
You may cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days after you received your products. If you want to return a product, visit this page and register your return: Skolyx Return Form. Note that the form needs to be filled out within 14 days after receiving the order. Returns registered past 14 days will not be valid & not accepted.

The return freight is paid by you as a customer if you want to return your product(s).
We will refund product value only, not freight cost. In rare occasions a product can arrive in damaged condition due to the handling of the freight company. If this is the case we will of course refund you or send you a replacement product free of charge. 

If you cancel your order before its been shipped out we can try to stop it, on credit card / PayPal orders we pay a transaction fee to the processor, its about 5% and these will be deducted from your order if you cancel it before it being shipped. Make sure to not put orders through if you are not sure you want it shipped to you.

If you order large quantities of shoes just to check and return the full order or more than 70%, we also charge a 5% fee for this from the refund sum that will be deducted upon return. This applies when you order 3 pair of shoes or more and return more than 70% of the order without exchanging the shoes to other pairs. This term is just to avoid that some people order many pairs, try the shoes and then return them which means we will need to pay a lot of costs for shipping & transaction. If you are worried or have any questions about this just let us know in advance before you order. The only reason for this is to avoid to loose a lot of money on a few customers that order large amounts of shoes just to try. If we did not charge anything for this other customers would need to pay these costs. If you are worried about sizing just contact us and we will find a cost-free solution as long as you intend to purchase shoes to keep.

Make sure the return service you use delivers to our warehouse and not to pickup point. If you purchase our pre-paid return label all this is handled. If you return with another service and it ends up in pickup point we can pick it up at a charge of €25 for each parcel. Other option is to let it get in return and you can send again. Our return labels is valid for 1 pair of shoes OR maximum 3kg net weight or volume weight. Any larger/heavier returns will be calculated on the freight invoice we get from the freight company and charged if its an exchange or deducted from the refund in case of return. Please don't ship any empty air inside returns, cut down the outer boxes to make sure no empty air is sent. This will be charged and debited to us by the transport company and in next step charged/debited to you (or deducted from refund). All returns need to be received in the same way as it was shipped out with the original packaging in original condition.

If a product has some defect or issue in some way, you need to contact us directly when unpacking it (so we know in case of return also). Thats also BEFORE using it so we can make sure to receive the shoes/product back in brand new condition so we are able to 1. Repair the issue and send them back 2. Replace them with a new item. 3. If not 1&2 is possible we will see if it's possible to refund the order. Its not possible to customer to choose between these, our first goal is always to deliver a product to the consumer that is in good condition. If you receive a product with something that is considered a fault, we will always repair or replace them for you, its not possible to have refund and free return, if you prefer refund you need to pay for the return freight yourself. We will only do full refund with free return if we are not able to repair or replace the product.

Note that the products need to be returned in an unworn, unused condition. If you order shoes, try them on carefully on a carpet. If we receive returns of items in a used condition you may be obliged to cover the difference between new item value and the estimated current value of the product. You may not return underwear.

If you don’t pick up your package from your pickup point or if the freight company fails to deliver your product (they make 3 attempts) and the product is sent in return, we will charge €30 for the extra costs that will land on us.

For shoes we have free exchange of size within Swedish borders. If you order from outside Sweden the cost for the return is not paid by us.

The only product that is excluded from the above is when you purchase an MTO (Made to order) or GMTO (Group Made to Order) and engraved products. This means that you choose exactly how your shoes should look and they are produced custom made for you. In this case it’s not possible to return the shoes to us (with the exception of exchanging size on GMTOs). We send these orders to the factory and because of thats its not possible to cancel the order after the order has been placed with us.

Since MTO shoes is made by the factory mistakes can occur, it can be that certain details is missing or errors that forces the shoes to be re-made. Any delays due to factory mistakes needs to be accepted when ordering MTOs. It happens rarely but considering  our price range we can’t make refunds or compensations because of delays in manufacturing. By ordering an MTO you are aware of this and won’t make any compensation demands towards us. Of course we always try to make the MTOs as fast as possible and delays are very very rare.

For engraved products there is no exchange or return possible due to the personalisation. If needed, we advice to order the products without engraving first to make sure the sizing is correct.
When an order is placed its processed directly onto our logistics system. If you want to cancel your order (if you make it by mistake for example) even before its shipped out from our warehouse we will deduct 5% of the value of the order for the payment and admin fees associated with this when we do the refund. This only applies if an order is cancelled within 24h of placing it and is only for orders outside Sweden.If an order is delayed from us and you want to cancel its of course no charge. this is only to prevent people from placing large orders and then cancelling them in an hour which is very costly.

For returns it’s recommended you use our return labels which we offer. If you choose to ship by other service like National Post etc it’s important that you declare it as a return and refer to the original shipment. If we are requested by Swedish National Post to cover any costs to receive the parcel, these needs to be paid by you as a customer if you want us to receive the parcel. Almost all services offered by National Post does not include the full delivery to Sweden, which usually means that Swedish National Post takes over the delivery in Sweden and charges additional fees. This is usually around 30 USD in admin fees, and if you don't declare the shipment correctly vat and duty might be added as well. All these charges is something we need to deduct from refund or have payed by you as returning customer if it occurs.
Please note this is why we strongly advice you to use our return labels wich is handled by DHL. Or if you prefer to book yourself and pay to DHL, UPS, Fedex etc to cover the full shipment to us including all charges. Its also important to refer to the original export so its handled as a return and not a new import.

PRIVACY INFORMATION
When you place an order with us your personal information is only stored and used to send your parcel and your tracking information. We will never share your information with other companies than the ones included in the delivery of your products (for example DHL, PostNord, PayPal etc.)

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY?
This policy is to explain how we (Mode i Europa AB) collects, uses and protect the information you share with us. We follow the EU GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation.

WHICH INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
We collect information that is needed to deliver packages to you. Its name, address, e-mail and phone number The e-mail and mobile phone number is used so we can send tracking link and so the freight company can reach you when they are going to deliver your parcel.

HOW WILL YOU USE THE INFORMATION?
We won’t collect more info than needed to deliver your parcel.

FOR HOW LONG WILL YOU STORE THE INFORMATION?
According to Swedish law we need to save information for accounting reasons for 7 years. Information that we use for newsletters and/or marketing will be kept until you ask us to remove it. Upon request we will remove your newsletter/marketing information.

WILL YOU SHARE MY INFORMATION?
No, we will only use the information ourselves and only share with freight companies when its needed for the delivery of your packages.

We have routines to make sure your information is stored securely and that we follow Swedish rules.

WHERE DO YOU STORE MY INFORMATION?
Our information is stored on servers located in Sweden.

WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?
Rights to information: You may ask us for a copy of the information we keep.
Rights to correction and deletion: We always want to have correct information and you may contact us to get your information corrected or removed.
Rights to change opt-in: If you want you can always contact us if you want to be removed from our newsletter list. There is also always a unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletters.
