For every purchase done between November 12 and Christmas Eve you can change/return items until the 7th of January 2024. Please note that personalised engraved products can't be returned or exchanged.
Delivery times are shown on our terms and conditions page, add 2-3 days to the one correct for you destination, to be sure that they will arrive in time for Christmas (if the shipping company keep their timelines). NOTE: For personalised engravings, add another 5 days to be certain they will arrive in time.

Shipping
We ship worldwide with express deliveries.
Sweden, Denmark, Finland with PostNord - 1-3 business days delivery
Free shipping for orders above 499 SEK in Sweden (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of 59 SEK), free shipping from 600 DKK to Denmark (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of 35 DKK), and free shipping from €100 to Finland (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of €10). For shoes, we offer one exchange of size free of charge.
EU with Fedex - 2-5 business days delivery
Free shipping from €120 in all countries (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of €13).
Norway and Switzerland with Fedex - 1-4 business days delivery
Free shipping from €150 (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of €13). Norwegian customers may also visit our Norwegian shop Shoecare.no where large parts of our offerings are available.
USA with Fedex - 2-5 business days delivery
Free shipping from $300 (orders below this incurs a shipping fee of $35). We deduct VAT on all orders outside the EU. There will be no extra custom charges etc. if the order is below $800.
Rest of the world with Fedex or DHL Express - 2-7 days delivery
We ship worldwide and deduct VAT on all orders outside the EU. Shipping cost depends on country of destination.
Add a product to cart and choose your country in checkout (if not already pre-chosen) and reload the page to see the exact cost to your country.
To see price listed excluding VAT, go to checkout and make sure your country is selected as destination country. You don't need to enter adress etc, country is enough to see the current shipping rate and have VAT deducted. Usually the correct country is already pre-selected based on your IP-adress.
Note: for products with engraving, another 4-7 working days is added to the delivery time.
When you order products from us the responsibility that the products are allowed to be imported to your country is yours. This is if your country has some special limitations when it comes to leather shoes etc.
Potential local charges of VAT, duty, tax, administrational fees etc. can be added depending on the rules in your country. This is something that we don’t take responsibility for, if you are unsure, feel free to e-mail us and we can inform about our prior experience from previous orders from your country.
Shipping by national postal service network (DPD)
Shipping by Swedish National Post (PostNord) instead of DHL Express is possible, at a surcharge. Purchase this "product" found here together with your order to have it shipped by national post instead. The extra cost is due to more administrative work and higher freight cost for these orders. Delivery time for national post might take up to three weeks.
Exchanges and returns
You may return or exchange whole or part of your order within 14 days after you have received your products. If you want to exchange or return a product, visit this page and register your return.
We are also offering return labels at self cost in our accessories / return label section. We strongly advice to use this when returning/exchanging products. Both since it will arrive directly at our warehouse, and it will include all custom charges if returning from outside EU.
If you choose your own way of returning you are responsible for that the package arrives to us without any VAT, duty or administration fees from the freight company, and that it arrives at our warehouse and not a pick-up point. If this is not followed, we will need to charge the customs fees (for returns) or deduct from your refund amount, similar if we need to go to a pick-up point, we need to charge €25.
Return shipping costs is covered by you, shipping of potential exchange products is covered by us. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns. We work with low margins, for this we would have to increase the prices of our products. In addition to the cost of the return label itself, there are also costs for the warehouse staff to handle the return.
In the rare occasions that a product arrive in damaged condition due to the handling of the freight company, we will of course refund you or send you a replacement product free of charge.
Note that the products need to be returned in an unworn, unused condition. If you order shoes, try them on carefully on a carpet. If we receive returns of items in a used condition you may be obliged to cover the difference between new item value and the estimated current value of the product. You may not return underwear.
If you don’t pick up your package from your pickup point or if the freight company fails to deliver your product (they make 3 attempts) and the product is sent in return, we will charge €30 for the extra costs that will land on us.
For shoes we have free exchange of size within Swedish borders. If you order from outside Sweden the cost for the return is not paid by us.
Exceptions for Made to Order products
The only product that is excluded from the above is when you purchase an MTO (Made to order), GMTO (Group Made to Order) or engraved products. This means that you choose exactly how your shoes should look and they are produced custom made for you. In this case it’s not possible to return the shoes to us (with the exception of exchanging size on GMTOs). We send these orders to the factory and because of thats it's not possible to cancel the order after the order has been placed with us.
Since MTO shoes is made by the factory mistakes can occur, it can be that certain details is missing or errors that forces the shoes to be re-made. Any delays due to factory mistakes needs to be accepted when ordering MTOs. It happens rarely but considering our price range we can’t make refunds or compensations because of delays in manufacturing. By ordering an MTO you are aware of this and won’t make any compensation demands towards us. Of course we always try to make the MTOs as fast as possible and delays are rare.
